We undertook 1,700 interviews for this study with a mixed mode approach:
- 1,000 via computer assisted telephone interviewing (CATI)
- 200 interviews completed online
- 500 via postal questionnaires.
The overall integrated data was presented to the client with tabulations and a detailed written report.

International qualitative study
Working on behalf of an international supplier of irrigation products for the agriculture sector, our role here involved the recruitment and interviewing of around 250 farmers and dealers across the UK, South Africa, France, Germany, the Netherlands and Turkey.
Using a 30 minute semi-structured qualitative questionnaire, we supplied the client with audio recordings of all the interviews. Challenges overcome included familiarising interviewers with irrigation equipment and issues and achieving high response rates from very limited sample.

International business-to-business study
A manufacturer of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) used in hazardous environments benefited from a survey involving interviews with health and safety and procurement managers within high-risk industries located across Western Europe, Scandinavia and Russia.
We needed to identify, recruit and interview respondents within tightly defined industries and roles, as well as briefing interviewers to confidently understand technical industry terminology.
We also managed and co-ordinated multiple languages across a single interviewing platform

This customer satisfaction survey for a consortium of major insurance providers involved around 8,500 interviews per annum with customers who had recently had an insurance claim settled.
Each twenty minute interview meant ensuring that our interviewers were sensitive to customers who had experienced a traumatic event.
We also had to manage multiple quotas by each insurance provider and claim type on a monthly basis, as well as maximising response rates in instances where only limited sample was available.
